Visit of the Slovenian NSA Director

Skopje, 14-16 April 2015

Upon invitation of the director of the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, a meeting was held on April 15, 2015 in Skopje with representatives of the Government Office for the Protection of Classified Information of the Republic of Slovenia. The Slovenian delegation was led by the director of the Office.
A number of issues of common interest for the national security authorities of the both countries were discussed at the meeting. The emphasis was put on the practical application of the signed bilateral agreement on exchange and mutual protection of classified information, on the existing cooperation in the 6S format and within the SEENSA initiative, on the upcoming conference of the Multinational Industrial Security Working Group (MISWG) in which the Directorate participates in the capacity of an observer, as well as on the possibilities for entering into joint projects of cooperation by using NATO and EU financing mechanisms.
