Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence

In line with Article 50 of the Law on Classified Information, upon a request by the Directorate for Security of Classified Information, the Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence within the Ministry of Interior carries out the first, second and third level of security vetting procedures for all individuals, with the exception of the military personnel employed at the Army of the Republic of Macedonia and the Ministry of Defence.

The Directorate for Security of Classified Information and the Administration for Security and Counter Intelligence are in constant communication and have a highly professional cooperation, aimed at establishing a higher security level of the state.
